Why Private
Pay?

Choosing to pay privately for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services allows for a highly personalized experience, free from the administrative and clinical constraints often imposed by insurance providers.

Private Pay Model Benefits:
  • Immediate Access to Care: Private pay eliminates the need for lengthy prior authorizations or insurance approvals, allowing therapy to begin as soon as you are ready.
  • Complete Clinical Autonomy: Without insurance restrictions, your BCBA has the freedom to determine session frequency, duration, and clinical focus based solely on your child’s unique needs rather than "medical necessity" criteria set by a third party.
  • Enhanced Privacy and Confidentiality: You are not required to provide a formal autism diagnosis to an insurance company, and your child’s treatment plans and progress notes remain strictly between you and your provider.
  • Unrestricted Therapeutic Settings: Therapy can take place in the environments where your child needs it most—such as the home, community, or even virtually—without needing specific "setting" approvals from an insurer.
  • Personalized Caregiver Training: Insurance often limits the amount or type of caregiver training allowed. Private pay allows for robust, ongoing coaching and collaboration tailored to your family’s routine.
  • Stability of Care: By avoiding the risk of sudden insurance denials or "utilization reviews" that can abruptly cut off services, you ensure uninterrupted progress for your child.
  • Transparent Billing: There are no "hidden" costs like unexpected co-insurance or unmet high deductibles that can lead to surprise bills months later. You know exactly what you are paying at the time of service.

"Even though we have known you for such a short time, the impact you have made will live with us forever.
I cannot thank you enough for what you have done for us. I am so proud of all we have accomplished so far, and we owe every bit of that to you."
